Jason P. Foote was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He attended college at the Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where he graduated in 1994 with a bachelors degree in liberal arts. While in college, Mr. Foote was a member of the Blue Key National Honor Fraternity and the 1994 National Championship Team for the Cross-Examination Debate Association.
Mr. Foote graduated in 1997 from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. After passing the Louisiana State Bar Exam in 1997, Mr. Foote practiced in a small plaintiff’s firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, before joining a Metairie, Louisiana insurance defense firm as an associate in 2001, where he spent the next ten years handling a wide variety of personal injury, maritime and property disputes. In March of 2012, Mr. Foote resigned his partnership and he founded the Law Offices of Jason P. Foote, LLC. Mr. Foote represents insurance companies, corporate clients and individuals involved in personal injury and property damage lawsuits throughout Louisiana and Texas.

Devin Caboni-Quinn was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and was raised in Pass Christian, Mississippi. He graduated from Saint Stanislaus College Prep in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Devin received his Bachelor of Business in Management and Economics from The University of Mississippi, where he graduated on full academic scholarship and was the recipient of the Joe T. Dehmer Scholarship Award. After graduating from Ole Miss, Devin attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While at Loyola, Devin clerked for one of the largest Admiralty and Maritime law firms in New Orleans. He also had the opportunity to work with the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee surrounding the Multidistrict Litigation stemming from the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
Following law school, Devin worked along the Mississippi Gulf Coast with immigrant clients that were victims of violence and domestic abuse. Devin worked in conjunction with local law enforcement and Department of Homeland Security Special Agents in assisting the prosecution of his client’s offenders in criminal and deportation proceedings. Devin joined the Law Offices of Jason P. Foote, LLC in 2014 and his practice focuses primarily on insurance defense litigation.

Kaleigh K. Rooney was born and raised in Kenner, Louisiana, and is an alumna of St. Mary’s Dominican High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minored in Communications Studies at Louisiana State University. While in college, Kaleigh served multiple years on the executive board for the Beta Chi chapter of her business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. She continued her education at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center.
While in law school, Kaleigh served as Senior Editor of the Journal of Energy Law and Resources. Her scholarly article on Louisiana energy grid policy was published in the Journal of Energy Law and Resources in 2021. Kaleigh has participated in numerous trial, appellate, and negotiation competitions, most notably placing as a finalist in Loyola University of Chicago’s National Health Law Transactional Competition. Kaleigh has previously served in both state appellate and federal student clerkships and focused her law school experiences primarily on insurance defense litigation.
